The 1-1/8” (28mm) junior chromed steel pin is weld with the round plate which surely mounted on the Elemack starter with two 3/8”-16 bolts. It allows you to use Elemack attachments from a combo stand or any other equipment comes with 1-1/8” (28mm) junior receiver.
