The GPI and Tally Interface is a professional-grade accessory designed to extend tally and general purpose I/O control across your broadcast or live-production setup. It connects to a compatible switcher (such as a model from the ATEM line) and enables clear “on-air” signaling plus external device control — ideal for multi-camera productions, studios, or complex workflows.

• 8 tally outputs + 8 GPI inputs/outputs — Provides eight contact-closure tally outputs (for cameras, monitors, replay machines, etc.) and eight opto-isolated inputs for external triggers or controls.

• Reliable tally signalling — Mechanical relay contact closures send tally signals to connected devices, letting operators and talent instantly see which camera or source is “on air.”

• Flexible connectivity — 25-pin D-type contact-closure connector, USB 2.0 for configuration and firmware updates, and 10/100 Base-T Ethernet (with loop-through) for easy integration and expansion.

• Scalable setup — Multiple units can be linked together for larger productions requiring more tally outputs or GPI control. 

• Compact and production-ready — Comes with a 12 V power supply (with international adapters), appropriate for studio racks or mobile live-production rigs.
